Boston trip, Day 2- Quincy Market & Skywalk

I took a short walk from New England Aquarium to Faneuil Hall. Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall were less than 100 m distance.

There was quite happening there where lots of shopping and food stall around.

And I saw this!!!! Victoria Secret on SALE!!!!! I ran in and make a small round, came out with a sport shirt and sport bra. In total less than RM100!!! I doubt I can get this price for VS in Malaysia.

Next, I saw my destination... COACH... muahahahahh...... I went in and came out with a beige Maggie cost me USD 370 (incl Tax)

I was really tired and hungry. Just opposite Coach, there was a sort of cafe + pub called 'Salty Dog'. After streaming the menu, I ended up with ice tea + baked seafood platters (majoring in lobster meat!!)+ fresh oyster as appetizer

The ice tea was so-so, but due to nauseated after my whale watched, it do help me to freshen up.

The Faneuil Hall. Took this photo while waiting for food.

The oyster was rather small. Not as tasty as I ate in Malaysia. Even though it shouldn't be....

I was given a choice of Garden salad or ceaser salad.... I can't really remember what I ordered but it came out this. After a few bite, i felt full.... not even eaten my main course yet...

Just managed to take a few nip of my baked potato. Yvonne will finished it up if she saw this.

Hahaha... here came my main course. Maybe due to they baked it, and the lobster meat was too long exposed, it became hard. But the scallop was really really nice. Even the prawn & fish tasted better than the lobster....

ooo.. they called it oyster bar.....

Then I just wonder around and took some photos before returned to prudential. On the way, I walked in a few shops which had sales. Bought hubby a polo-T from GAP kids..... hehehehh

Some vintage shop

This was their tube. To return to Prudential, I gotta take a green line toward Heath St. I think the green line was the oldest among the trains.

It was about 7.30pm when I reached Prudential. I used the City Pass I bought earlier at the New England Aquarium to visit the Skywalk. It's something like our KL Tower, you may have a 360 degree view of the city. They even provided you with and audio explanation, but too bad it always did not matched to the view they were introducing.

The river that separated Cambridge from Boston.

They were having a base ball match that day. Bostons are very proud of thier Boston Red Sox and could see lots of anti-Yankee propaganda stuff such as t-shirt or caps around when I visited Quincy market.

Finally I saw sunset. My camera and skill wasn't that good. But I still think that the best camera is human eye and the greatest memory card is our brain.

The MIT

The great people from Boston.....

Who did you see??????

I saw Ben Afflect & half of Benjamin Franklin

Finaly I settled for a round. Time to go home and sleep. Gotta prepared for the following day workshop. So excited!!!
